We’re confident you will love your ROOTS Eco Tonic product, but if you’re not satisfied for some reason, please email our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you for a resolution if within 30 days of purchase.
Purchases made from entities other than ROOTS Eco Tonic website are not eligible for return credit or exchange through ROOTS Eco Tonic’s website. Please contact the retailer where the ROOTS Eco Tonic purchase was made and inquire about their exchange or return policy.
We at ROOTS Eco Tonic strive to ship all orders within one business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12 pm EST will be shipped on the following Monday. Additionally, any express order placed after 2 pm EST will ship the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. For your convenience, a comprehensive list of estimated arrival dates based on shipping selection and date of purchase will be listed upon checkout.
We at ROOTS Eco Tonic offer flat rate FedEx shipping. Each delivery charge is a calculation based on weight and delivery area zip code.
ROOTS Eco Tonic is pleased to offer international shipping. ROOTS Eco Tonic can be shipped anywhere FedEx ships around the globe.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
To cancel a recent order please contact our staff via phone at 1-855-779-7807 or by email at email@example.com at your earliest convenience. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, as such, we are unable to cancel or change requests once the order has entered into the shipping process.

Sales Tax is collected only in states where we have a physical presence. Currently our physical location is solely in Georgia.
